Automatic tabletop capper with caps sorter

Automatic tabletop capping machine designed to feed, position, and screw caps onto various bottle sizes and formats.

The machine is equipped with a vibratory bowl feeder that automatically sorts and orients the caps before directing them into a cap feeding chute. Bottles travel along an integrated conveyor and individually pick up a cap as they pass beneath the chute.

The bottles then continue to the capping station, where the caps are automatically screwed on and tightened.
