AEVOS AULBL-PR – Automatic labeler

Automatic labeling machine with a wrap-around labeling station designed for the precise application of self-adhesive labels to cylindrical containers. Its wrap-around support system securely stabilizes containers during label application, ensuring consistent label alignment and a professional finish. The wrap-around station maintains constant container positioning, minimizing the risk of label misalignment or air bubbles, even at higher production speeds. Easy to adjust, the machine quickly accommodates a wide range of container sizes and label dimensions, making it a versatile solution for various production lines.

The conveyor is also equipped with stainless steel transfer plates at both the infeed and discharge ends, specifically machined for integration with rotary accumulation tables. The infeed transfer plate is designed for a 36 in. diameter rotary table, while the discharge transfer plate is designed for a 48 in. diameter rotary table, ensuring smooth and reliable container transfer between production line equipment.
