AEVOS TALBL-3F - Semi-automatic labeler

This semi-automatic labeling machine is designed for the precise application of labels on square and round containers. It is capable of performing full wrap-around labeling on cylindrical containers, as well as applying a single continuous label across three or four sides of square containers, delivering a clean, consistent, and professional finish.

The container is placed on a motorized rotary platform, which automatically rotates it during the labeling process. At the same time, an application roller applies constant pressure to the container, ensuring perfect label adhesion along its entire length, including around the corners of square containers.

Unlike most conventional semi-automatic labeling machines, which are limited to wrap-around labeling on cylindrical containers, this machine is specifically engineered to apply a single continuous label around square containers. It is therefore an ideal solution for products requiring a label that wraps around multiple faces while maintaining precise alignment and a high-quality appearance.
