Pack Automation CAPACK - Automatic capper with caps elevator

The CAPACK automatic capping machine is a high-performance solution designed for precise and efficient screw capping of containers. Equipped with a descending head capping system, it ensures optimal alignment and uniform tightening, guaranteeing consistent product quality.

The machine features a cap elevator, enabling continuous automatic feeding of caps. The caps are then transferred to a pressing head, which accurately places each cap onto the container neck. Finally, a capping head performs the tightening operation with controlled torque, ensuring reliable and repeatable sealing.

Designed for easy integration, the machine is ready to be installed on an existing conveyor (conveyor not included) and is equipped with an indexing system, allowing precise positioning of containers during the capping process.

This configuration is currently set up for a single cap format, providing optimized performance for a specific production requirement. However, the machine can be modified to accommodate different formats as needed. Adjustments involve replacing or adapting the cap chute (track), as well as the pressing and capping heads, ensuring flexibility to meet various production demands.
