Piston fillers measure and dispense free-flowing products, such as thin and/or medium-dense liquids, into any container. This machine is equipped with a volumetric piston. Each fill cycle consists of an intake stroke, where product is removed from the hopper and introduced into the product cylinder. The downstroke begins as soon as the product cylinder has reached its predetermined fill level. The piston pushes the product out of the cylinder and into the container. Compact and easy to use machine. It meets sanitary standards since all contact parts are made of 304 or 316 stainless steel on request. Filling volume and speed are adjustable.
