KALIX-DUPUY - KX 600 - Automatic tube filler/sealer

KALIX-DUPUY KX 600 tube filling machine designed for filling and sealing plastic tubes. It produces finished tubes (filled, sealed, and cut) from empty tubes, suitable for paste or semi-liquid products.

This machine is mainly used in the following industries:

• Cosmetics (creams, gels, lotions)
• Pharmaceutical (ointments, salves)
• Chemical (adhesives, technical products)
• Food (sauces, pastes, tube-packaged products

Operating cycle:

The machine performs a complete and structured process across several stations:

• Manual tube loading by the operator
• Tube insertion into holders via pusher
• Internal cleaning by air jet to remove impurities
• Product filling
• Tube heating using a heat gun prior to sealing
• Sealing by jaws ensuring a hermetic closure
• Clean cutting of excess material
• Ejection of finished tubes
