The capping process is very straightforward: the operator places the bottle—with the cap already positioned—into the machine’s base holder. The system then lifts the bottle up to the capping head and forming wheel, where the cap is pressed onto the bottle. Four rolling threads shape and secure the cap around the neck. Once completed, the finished bottle is removed and the process can be repeated.
