AEVOS CBS2000-SS - Continuous band sealer

The CBS2000-SS continuous band sealer offers many benefits. This machine rapidly and securely seals a wide variety of bag materials, providing outstanding seal strength and visual appeal for a professional finish and reliable performance. It is capable of sealing any thermoplastic material, including polyethylene, polypropylene, and foil laminates, making it ideal for medium- to high-volume production.

The band sealer is very easy to operate: the operator simply feeds the bags into the machine. Filled bags are conveyed on a motorized conveyor belt, while the machine guides the top of each bag through the sealing process using PTFE bands, ensuring a consistent and durable seal.

The CBS2000-SS features an integrated solid ink coding system, allowing expiration dates and batch numbers to be printed directly on the seal (2 lines, up to 18 characters per line). The machine is equipped with a dual-chain adjustment system for precise height adjustment of both the conveyor and the sealing head. Mounted on wheels, it offers excellent mobility and flexibility within the production area.
